What we provide

Built to move you forward

Most engagements start with one of these and grow from there.

S-01

Web apps & landing pages

Built to load quickly and stay readable for years. Accessible, responsive, and easy to update and maintain.

Next.jsTypeScriptDesign systems
S-02

Automation & integrations

The repetitive work that eats your week, turned into lightweight, reliable services that run quietly and let you know when something needs attention.

PythonNode.jsAPIs
S-03

Data pipelines & dashboards

Getting numbers out of the tools you already pay for, cleaned up, and into one view you actually trust.

Technical partnership

A senior engineer on call for architecture decisions, code reviews, and the calls that are expensive to reverse later.

Security-first, whatever we're building

Efficiency, security, and reliability are decided in the parts nobody demos, so we do not skip them. Sensitive data is handled deliberately, access stays scoped to what a job actually needs, and anything that matters leaves an audit trail and a log line you can search at 3 a.m. Architecture is designed for the load you will actually carry, using patterns that are proven rather than clever. The same foundation should hold at ten users and at ten thousand.

AI engineering

AI that can actually do the work

Most AI features are just a chat box bolted onto a product. The useful version is narrower: something that reads messy input, handles the step a person used to do by hand, and knows when to stop and ask.

A-01

Agents that handle the work

Tool-calling agents connected to the systems you already run. They read the request, pull the record, take the action, and escalate the decisions they should not make alone.

Assistants on your own data

Internal assistants and chat interfaces grounded in your documents and databases, so answers come back with sources instead of confident guesses.

A-03

The layer that keeps it honest

Prompts under version control, evaluation sets that catch regressions before your users do, and clear limits on cost, latency, and what the model is allowed to touch.

A few mentionable products

Client privacy comes first, so names are left out — they're beside the point. Happy to walk through any of them in detail.

W-01

Scraper platform for a data company

An internal platform where dev teams generate, review, and ship automated scrapers, with AI agents working to a fixed recipe.

W-02

Back-office platform for a large organization

The daily workspace for analyst teams: tickets dispatched by rule, a guided workflow, and performance everyone can see.

W-03

Billing platform for a B2B SaaS

A time-sensitive billing engine that replaced a legacy .NET system, charging hundreds of thousands of transactions a day.

Cloud migration with live replication

Legacy on-prem databases moved into BigQuery, with change data capture keeping both sides in sync afterwards.

How we work

Engineers who think in products

Writing the code is half the job. The other half is deciding what a person sees, in what order, and how much they have to hold in their head to get through it.

P-01

We design the whole thing

Screens, flows, wording, the empty state on the first day and the crowded one on the two hundredth — drawn here, by the same people writing the code behind them. Bring a designer and we'll build to their file. If you don't have one, you are not missing a step.

P-02

The details nobody puts in a spec

Where the focus lands after a save, what a slow connection looks like, an error that says what to do next, the button already sitting under the hand that needs it. Nobody asks for these. Everybody feels them.

P-03

AI is an enabler, not the product

We use it hard in our own work — to explore more options, cover more ground, and reach a good version sooner. It changes how quickly the work arrives, not the bar it has to clear before it ships.

The controls stay in your hands

Product guides written for the person doing the job, not a wiki nobody opens. Settings you change yourself instead of filing a request. And a short loop: tell us what isn't working, and it's different the same week.

Exhibit A: the page you're on

The ship, the flight path, the hull scan, the seat you drop into in the next section — designed and built by the same people you would be working with. No template, no stock scene, no game engine: a hull built from code, a camera rig written for this page, and every glow drawn over it by hand. We would rather show you than tell you.

Who you're working with

Senior engineers, start to finish

An experienced engineering team from start to finish. You speak directly with the people building the project, with no account manager in the middle and no handoff to a junior team after kickoff.

We work in visible increments: something useful is running in the first sprint, and each sprint after that.
